    Design, Development and Approval of Environmental Documentation

    Environmental Company of Sakhalin relies on its extensive and continuously updated base of regulatory and legislative materials and methodological guidelines (laws, regulations, GOST, OST, SNiP, SanPiN, RD, etc.). The Company owns certified special-purpose software applications implementing the main methods for assessment of environmental impact and design characteristics.

    Description:

    • Assessment of environmental impact (EIA) resulting from installation, construction and operation of new, existing and reconstructed facilities, buildings and plants having potential adverse effects on the atmospheric air, soil, water bodies and other natural environments

    • Development of scheduled environmental control measures (SECM) as part of the design documentation for construction and reconstruction of existing facilities

    • Development of substantiation for dimensioning sanitary protection zones (SPZ)

    • Development of draft regulations for maximum permissible atmospheric emissions (MPE)

    • Development of draft regulations for allowable substances and microorganisms discharge rates (ADR)

    • Development of draft waste generation norms and waste disposal limits (DWGNDL)

    • Preparation of documents for licensing of hazardous waste management activities

    • Development of safety data sheets for hazardous waste, substantiation of waste hazard classification

    • Development of operational control procedures for waste handling

    • Preparation of state statistical reports according to the following forms: 2-TP (air), 2-TP (water management), 2-TP (waste)
